Ruben J. Cruz, the son of Cuban immigrants and the owner and founder of Cruz & Associates, has dedicated his successful career to helping injured victims and workers for the last 30 years.

In addition to running a successful law practice, Ruben is extremely involved in his community. He is the founder of the Alcanzando Un Sueño Scholarship Program, awarding numerous scholarships each year to deserving high school seniors of Hispanic decent and is a proud member of the Board of Directors of H.O.P.E. (Hispanic Organization Promoting Education). Rubén also is a strong contributor to numerous charitable organizations such as Kid’s Chance, the March of Dimes, Doctors without Borders, the United Way, Be a Leader Foundation, Chicanos Por la Causa and Habitat for Humanity, among others.

Ruben completed his undergraduate education at the Georgia Institute of Technology where he attended on a tennis scholarship and later earned an MBA and J.D. at Georgia State University in 1989.

Ruben currently lives in Atlanta with his wife and two children Nico and Sofia where he enjoys playing tennis in his spare time.
