Ms. Bernadette Olmos founded A.B. Olmos & Associates, P.C., intent on ensuring that her clients have access to the highest quality legal representation. As the practice has grown, Ms. Olmos has built her expertise to cater to the full spectrum of family law and personal injury cases and dedicates her practice to fierce advocacy on behalf of her clients. She is a registered mediator and arbitrator.


Ms. Olmos is a 2015-2016 Fellow with the American Bar Association Law Practice Division. Georgia Trend Magazine recognized Ms. Olmos in its Georgia’s Legal Elite publication. She served a 1-year appointment to the State Bar of Georgia’s Committee on Children and the Courts. She served a 3-year appointment to Atlanta’s John Marshall Law School Alumnae Board and served as the 2014-2015 clinical instructor at Atlanta’s John Marshall Law School’s inaugural Family Law Externship Clinic at Fulton County Superior Court Family Division.


Ms. Olmos served as co-chair of the continuing legal education seminar, Eliminating Barriers to Justice II: Why and How to Ensure Language Access for Limited English Proficient and Deaf/Hard of Hearing Litigants, co-chair of the 2014 continuing legal education seminar, Eliminating Barriers to Justice: Addressing Ethical Obligations, Cultural Competency, and Best Practices for Ensuring Meaningful Language Access in Georgia Courts. She serves on the board of the Georgia Legal Service Program, and is a board member of the Georgia Hispanic Bar Association. Ms. Olmos is a member of the Family Law Section of the State Bar of Georgia Diversity Committee. Bernadette is admitted to practice with the State of Georgia, the Georgia Court of Appeals, the Georgia Supreme Court, the United States District Court for the Northern District of Georgia, and the Supreme Court of the United States.
